Could you tell me about questoin?

How much is value of MODE pin Leakage Current under the following conditions?

VIN: 5V
MODE pin: pull up to VIN
EN: High and GND

The maximum leakage current is lower than 7nA.

Why the customer need this information. Could you please share the detailed application information to us, thanks?

My customer has one more question. Could you help us?

Question: How much is MODE pin High-level input voltage and Low-level input voltage?

My customer's condition is Vin=2.5V to 5V. He use forced PWM(MODE pin pull up to Vin). When Vin is low voltage, he is worried about whetehr MODE pin become Low-level.

As the datasheet didn't give out the exact value, I'll check with the designer!

Hi Tateo,
For mode pin, high level voltage should >2V; low level voltage should <0.5V .
