My customer has question about TPS63060.
Could you tell me about questoin?

My customer want to know some temperature characteristic.

Temp: Ta=-40deg to 85deg

Data 1: fsw min & max
Data 2: VFB min & max(Vps/sync=VIN)
Data 3: VFB min & max(Vps/sync=GND)

Do you have any data?

These parameters depend on the adjustment of power safe mode. Is the device operated in PS Mode ore Forced PWM?

Thank you for your reply. Condition is as below.

Data 1: fsw min & max
Data 2: VFB min & max(Vps/sync=VIN)
Data 3: VFB min & max(Vps/sync=GND)

fsw means Osillator frequency. Vps/sync=VIN means forced PWM mode. Vps/sync=GND means PSM mode.

fsw is equal to the oscillator frequency here.
If the device is operated in PWM Mode (PS/SYNC = HIGH), fsw is +/- 200kHz around the nominal switching frequency of 2.4MHz.

My customer want to know fsw & VFB(Data 1 to 3) temperature characteristic under the following condition.

Temp: Ta=-40deg to 85deg

In Datasheet, fsw & VFB variation is only Ta=25deg. My customer want to know fsw variation at Ta=-40deg to 85deg.

Do you have any data?

The datasheet specifies the variation over the whole recommended temperature range. This is -40 °C to +85°C. What is given for Ta=25°C is the typical value in the characteristics table. The min and max values does include temperature as well.
