Dear TI engineer

I wonder TPS40210 ducy cycle range.

in datasheet, there is duty cycle equation. and figure 2 explane the fsw vs. duty.

for example, Vin 9 ~ 18V, Vout 30V, Iout 3A  fsw 300kHz in CCM operation.

Min and Max duty cycle can obtain the value through equation.

but when fsw is 300kHz, duty cycle is about 0.1 in figure 2.

if so, is it right min duty cycle is 0.1 when fsw is 300kHz?

and what is how to determine the max to min duty cycle ?

    Hi Mike,

    I think you are interpreting this correctly. Figure 2 is meant to show the maximum switching frequency for a given duty cycle. So based on the input and output voltage the duty cycle corners can be calculated. After calculating these duty cycles make sure they are possible for the given switching frequency.
