My customer has question.

Value of Vsc and Vsense is written in the data sheet P4.

However,it is drawn only [Short-circuit Comparator] to the data sheet P8 [Functional Description].

It Rsen to determine the over-current value is considered to be changed by Vsense but,

[Functional Description] not drawn comparator using Vsense.

The will do you value of Vsense Where are detected?

Hi John

The customer when determining the overcurrent value,

the value of Vsense and Vsc was concerned about that overlap.

I responded to look at this article.

Vsense and Vsc from this answer has been understood not to overlap.

However,I did not know from it whether Block Diagram decided difference of 60mV.

Where it does Will have detected Vsense?

Kishi-san,
I am not sure I completely understand your question, but I can confirm:
1. That wil be no overlap between the Vsense and Vsc
2. Vsense is the max current limit, and it is enforced by the limitation on the PWM comparator and the characteristics of the level shifter in the LM3481 block diagram.
3. Vsc is the short circuit limit and it is enforced by the separate short-circuit comparator
I am not sure what the 60mV you mentioned refers to.Perry
