Hello all,
Several customer's boards powered by TPS54327 have been returned from filed with the same issue. Please have a look to attached picture.
Damaged pin is VIN (pin 8). TPS54327 is used in following conditions: Vin=12V, Vout=5V, Iout(max)=2.5A.
Looking for the reason that could make such kind of damage: reverse voltage, overvoltage, short circuit, bad pin soldering (high resistance), anything else...?
