I need to get the track function as customer required with TPS40428.   But TPS40428 monitor FB voltage to realize output UV&OV protection.  So, when the Vin applies and Vtrack low, output voltage will be kept low as Vtrack low, and TPS40428 will enter output UV protection and restart continuously.   So, i cant achieve Track function till now.  do you have any recommend suggestions or circuit for this? thanks!
