TPS40210-Q1 boost DC/DC (48V out) debug

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS40210-Q1

Hello.

I happened to design a boost converter for simple PoE injector (48V output) in Webench.
Manufactured + soldered two boards, but they both seem to not working.

The solder-workshop made a mistake and soldered schottky diode in wrong polarity on both boards - because they saw the "+" sign (left by Webench on PCB silk near actual Cathode) and assumed this is an Anode.

Could this diode wrong polarity damaged other components when we connected power?
After we found this mistake, they resoldered both diodes right. Both still not working.

Can you recommend some debug steps to find out what is going on?

Thanks.
