Hi, members.

My customer measured impedance of PowerPad to PGND pin and GND pin. As a result,

GND(9pin)：1.3Ω

PGND(10～14pin)：0.1Ω

And then, he has a question that Powerpad is shoreted to PGND pin inside TPS51367.

If PowerPad is isolated PGND, he will do layout wihr Powerpad is isolated PGND .

Please, tell me, what pin connect to PowerPAD inside TPS51367.

The internal FETs are a stacked clip configuration. The powerpad is connected directly to the PGND pins.

I think that is the trademark name. If TPS51367 does not use that exact technology it is almost identical to it. I could not find any reference to "powerstack" in any of the TPS51367 literature.
