Updated datasheet for LM27761

Hi,

The LM27761 is due to release to production by the end of December 2015. At that point the full datasheet will be available on TI.com.

If you have any support needs prior to release please let me know through the E2E forum.

Did you have any prelim datasheet for the LM27762 that you told me about earlier in this post?

Here are the requirements:

Vin = +4.0V.

Vout = Adjustable from -1.5V to -3.5V.

Iout ≤ 10mA.

Low ripple and noise.  Internal LDO regulator required.

Smallest package possible.  The LTC1261L is large at 5.0x3.0mm.  The LM27761 is nice and small at 2.1x2.2 mm.

Low quiescent current desired, targeting ≤ 1mA but flexible.

Desire a startup time of ≤ 0.5mSec under these conditions but flexible.

Must have a PGOOD pin that goes logic low when power is good.

Any news on when this part will be available? From my customer: 

We have missed the window of opportunity on the first of three projects that wanted to use this part.  We had to revert to a crappy old LTC part.  To make the next project I will need to get samples and an evaluation board by about the mid-May.  This project will be one of our mainline products, so I'd really like to get the LM27762 into it.
