TPS54540 - Can't handle inductive load.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54540, LM3150

I've been testing my new power rails using the TPS54540 after finally figuring out that the assembly house mixed up a couple of parts. I did some measurements using a lab electronic load and everything went just fine (up to 5A load).

Today I decided to plug in the device we use on the 12V rail and it is not working. While ON the device uses around 1.5A, but the controller has a very audible "squeel" sound. I was checking different singals to see where the sound is being propagated and I can see a very distinctive "sawtooth" noise on Vin, with a frequency of 1.5KHz, and I am guessing this is the "squeel" that I hear.

I would like to note that for Vin I am using a Lab Power Supply, and that the other two power rails don't have this issue (5V and 19V), and they also use the same TPS54540. Previously I was using a LM3150 to turn on this 12V device without any problems.

This is my 12V circuit that I am using now, directly from Webench:

I can get plots from any signal you may require. Can you please help?
