Hi, all.

Please tell me the thermal resistance from junction to top (Psi-jt) for LM5001MA/NOPB(SOIC-8).

Our customer want to estimate Tj from package case temperature.

I have requested the Psi-jt parameter from the packaging group. The information should be available in a couple of weeks.
