TPS54388 Low Vout

Our customer have a problem TPS54388 Low Vout.

Waveform of no load conditon and circuit diagram are attached

Please let us know why these phenomenon happened and give us your advise to improve this phenomenon.

The VSENSE voltage is low, therefore Vout is low as well. How many devices show this behavior out of how many total? The TPS54388 may be defective.

I think you should submit one or two of these devices for failure analysis.
