Hi, all.

Do you have a result of terminal open/short test for TPS544B20?

The terminal open/short test is for checking whether the device causes any serious problem (Catching fire or smoke) or not when the device any pin is opened or short between any two adjacent pins.

We do not have that test data. I can offer to provide a summary of likely effects, not actual teat data. Let me know if that will suffice. Since the TPS544B20 is in a QFN package, a dedicated test board would need to be designed and built to get actual test data.

Ok, please tell me a summay of following conditon.
1.Pin short-circuited to Ground
2.Pin short-circuited to an adjacent pin
3.Pin is open-curcuited
