Hi Team,

Our customer would like to know whether TPS51206 can support LPDDR4.

We understand that TPS53317/A can support LPDDR4.

However, it is the over spec.

[Customer’s conditions]

VDDQ=1.1V

VTT=0.55V

VTT_current=around 2Apeak

Could you please let us know if you have any information and if you have other recommended devices?

TPS51206 can support VTT down to 0.5 V, so 0.55 V is acceptable.

TPS51206 can supp0rt Vtt = 0.55 V output, so it should be ok.

Although the TPS51206 can support Vtt = 0.55 V, I don't believe LPDDR4 needs this. The last I checked the spec, it does not use termination to 1/2 VDDQ because the I/O standard is different. The I/O standard for LPDDR4 uses VSS termination.

Kanemaru-san, can you check if VTT is needed for this application?
