As illustrated, the input voltage is 24V, output voltage is 3V3.
When I used the probe closed to pin SW, I found the EMI is very large.
Loot at my PCB layout.
Pls check my sch and pcb layout.

The layout is not too bad. I would reduce the width of the SW node a little and try to get the inductor closer to the device.
Also, I would rotate the output capacitor to shorten its ground lead.
I would strive to get the layout close to that shown in the data sheet.
