We are promoting tps62130A in one key AA customer, and they are very care about the efficiency of 1V output with 12V input, so do you have such date in hand?

Unfortunately I do not have efficiency curves for your test condition, but the datasheet shows curves for 0.9V which should be very close to what you are asking for.

Calculating efficiency for defined test conditions and passive components is also supported in WEBENCH. Did you try this already?

Thank you, already tried Webench, but the tolerance is too big compared with our test from datasheet.

The efficiency at higher loads also strongly depends on the inductor which is used. Webench likely used a different inductor than the D/S.

As well, the new TPS62136 is smaller and likely a little more efficient at this low an output voltage due to its AEE feature.
