TPS61021A: Selecting a boost converter for single NiMh battery application with 200mA output current at 5V

Part Number: TPS61021A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP9772

I need to develop a boost converter that can boost as low as 1 V (from a single NiMh AA battery) to a voltage of 5V. The output current need to be as high as 200mA.

Can you recommend an IC for this?

I checked out a few ICs such as the TPS6102x, but with a low input voltage of 1V, I think 200mA will exceed the max current for a 5V output. I wonder if two TPS6102 can be paralleled to achieve higher output current?

I am also considering TPS61021A, that seems to allow higher output current with a output voltage of 4V. If I can lower my output voltage to 4V, then I can use the TPS61021A right?

Please advise me on my options. Thanks
