Dear team,
My customer request reason of TPS563200 damage between SW node to GND.
After changing load (Vin turn on status), output voltage is turn to low and our device burned out. (short, SW - GND)
The schematic of customer and our EVM schematic is almost same except output voltage(feedback resistance).
There are many article with similar phenomenon at E2E but I can't find answer. How can I solve this issue? please let me know your opinion.
