Hi Team,

We carried out simulation at the following conditions.

However, we were not able to obtain an appropriate result.

VIN=12V

VOUT=1.0V

IOUT=0.2A ⇔ 2A

Fsw=2.5MHz setting

Soft Start time = 0.2ms

By the way, we were able to obtain an appropriate result at the following conditions.

VIN=12V

VOUT=3.3V

IOUT=0.2A ⇔ 2A

Fsw=2.5MHz setting

Soft Start time = 0.2ms

Is this phenomenon the bug of WEBENCH?

If yes, Can you improve this problem?

Hi Kanemaru,

Thank you for the wait.

We have fixed the issue, it was related to a simulation parameter being missing. It has been added, and i have checked it for the condition for which the issue was observed. Please find below the snaps of the result as seen in WEBENCH now.

The above result corresponds to

VIN= 12V ,

Vout=1V,

Iout= 0.2A <=>2A

Frequency of operation= 2.5MHz

Please re simulate the condition and let me know if there any other queries.
