I have designed SD circuit to convert 10-50V to 5,4V 2A
It works nice during normal test, Vin= 10V to 50V, when I gently connect/disconnect V+
but during a test when I try to disconnect/connect V+ of power supply several times,
after a few try, the TPS54360 fails and Vin (pin2) shorts circuit to GND (pin7)
this failure appears only at voltages 45-50V,
there is no problem at voltages 10-40V
please tell me why this happens? what should I do to prevent failure?
