If the output is shorted to battery while the IC is enabled, is there any possibility to damage the IC? They are thinking the IC will be the below behavior in this condition. Is their understanding correct?
1. OVP function will be enabled
2. the IC turns off continuously while the output is shorted to battery
3. when the short to battery condition is removed, the IC will be normal operation
