Hi Yusuke-san,
You do not absolutely require a snubber circuit. However, the customer need to measure the ringing with their max VIN and determine if the snubber is needed based on their prefer max ringing amplitude. You can also use the bootstrap resistor to slow down the turn-on of the high side FET and have similar effect as the snubber. Note the PCB layout will also effect the switch ringing amplitude as well. Poor layout=higher switch peak amplitude.
