My customer is considering to use the LMR14030-Q1.
On their usage condition, reversal voltage condition(VIN<VOUT setting) is supposed.
VIN does not drop to the UVLO threshold.
I would like to know the behavior on its condition.
I guess that device works continuing on maximum duty.
Is it correct?

I have an another question.
You said "but inductor current is near zero because of negative (Vin-Vout)".
Is this supposed light load?
I think that inductor current is not zero if the load is heavy.
Though I simulated VIN<VOUT condition by TINA-TI, inductor current keeps over 1A as follows.
