WEBENCH® Tools/LM5145: WEBENCH will not support design, but Quickstart Calculator does. 23VDC @ 5A output, 24VDC to 60VDC input.

Part Number: LM5145

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

WEBENCH will not support design, but Quickstart Calculator does. We need 23VDC @ 5A output, 24VDC to 60VDC input, 72VDC input withstanding; small footprint. Really want 24VDC output, but 23VDC was the best any of the TI calculators could handle. So why does Quickstart Calculator give me a design, but the WEBENCH does not? Also, many of the TI calculators, WEBENCH, ask for many input and output capacitors, because of the low ESR. Is it okay to substitute a high capacitance electrolytic and a few low ESR ceramics?
