TPS53353: the register inside the logic, thermal shutdown range

Hello,

I have two questions about TPS53353DQPR.

#1. Is there any register to control characteristics inside the logic?
If so, is it re-written on occasion that the IC is turned ON?

#2. How much is the variation range of the thermal shutdown function?

Tatsumi-san,
The TPS53353 uses pin strapping to set several parameters such as switching frequency, slow start time, hiccup wait time and current limit. The RF, TRIP and MODE pins are sensed at start up up the corresponding settings are stored internally. They are reset after each new power up.

I don't have any characterization data for the OTP function. It should be better than +/- 15% though.
