The test results based on the EVM board is as belows: (A) It's OK. When connect EN&PS pin to 5V, Vin=4V, Iout=56mA or Iout=1A, it can work properly. As Figure 1 and 2. (B) You can use smaller valued resistors, the larger resistors simply maximize the efficiency at low loads. (C) It...

    Roger Roger
I have a few questions about the TPS61200: (A) Is it OK for EN, UVLO, PS voltage to exceed the voltage at Vin? (B) The datasheet suggests to keep R2 around 200k. Is this because there are internal compensation components relying on that value of R2 or just for low current consumption? I would want...

Oliver, There is no positive transient rating to the SW node in addition to the 10.5V rating already provided. Voltages in excess of 10.5V, even for a very narrow time period, could result in IC damage. Ringing on the SW node should be controlled to maintain a peak voltage less than 10.5V.

I am using the TPS54332DDA package ic. our input range is 25V now it it continuous failing of ic is happening. In datasheet you are telling the input range is 3.5 to 28V. please suggest a solution.
