Q: TPS63000 query on driving the sync pin and enable from 3.3V by 497362
The input to the TPS63000 could be as low as 2.5V, but we would like to control it using 3.3V signals.
I'm wary of this, in case there are clamping diodes that will be turned
on by these 3.3V inputs when the Li-ion cell is low. We could use level
translators, but would rather avoid them so as not to drain the cell
when it is running low.
Is it possible to control the TPS63000 with signal voltages greater than
its Vin voltage?

I tested the TPS63000 for the whole input voltage range with the EN>Vin. The device works fine with both EN and/or SYNC > Vin.
So it can take input voltages greater than its Vin.
