Q: TPS62065/7 minimum operating voltage by 21634
Ih TPS62065/7 datasheet, it spec the minimum operating voltage is from 2.9V to 6V. However, the UVLO voltage for this part is 1.95V typical. Can this part be used with input voltage down to 2V? What will be the impact on the performance (in term of efficiency and transient response/ripple)?

The recommended operation input voltage for this device is from 2.9 to 6V. We do not guaranty any data below or above the recommended values in the datasheet. Did you look at other option such TPS62040/42/43/44/46? For these step down converter you can get as low as 2.5V and 1.2A lout.
The TPS62290 is functional down to 2.3V. But note that at lower Vins, the guaranteed amount of output current is reduced. This is the main issue at low Vins--the FETs cannot be enhanced as much to get the desired output current.
