Q: TPS60151 ENA pin by 166927
TPS60151 ENA pin logic input current max. is 1uA. If we want to ensure ENA pin pulled down when there is no control signal to ENA pin, should the pulled down resistor must below 400k-ohm(0.4V/1uA), right?

Yes, this is the correct way to use these specs. Assuming the EN pin leakage is its maximum 1uA, a pull down circuit with less than 400k Ohm resistance is required to keep the pin below the 0.4V needed to ensure a logic low.
