Q: TPS61170 UVLO for VIN Rising by 12948
TPS61170 datasheet specifies UVLO of 2.5V max for VIN falling. Does the VIN falling specification for UVLO also apply to VIN rising?
We are trying to guarantee 2.9V input operation, but seems like we may be falling into a gray area.

The typical UVLO for this part is 2.2V and with about 70mV hysteresis. The datasheet stated that max UVLO for falling Vin can be as high as 2.5V. If input voltages are between UVLO threshold and 3V, the device attempts operation, but the specifications are not ensured.
