Q: TPS62065 current limit by 1589050
How long is it from exceeding current limit to FET doing OFF?
A: Re: TPS62065 current limit by 1090425
The current limit is defined and tested as the peak inductor current, which is the peak current in the high side FET. The spec for current limit already includes any delay time in the IC. There is nothing else to account for in addition to the current limit value given in the datasheet.
