Q: TPS62122 - 0V8 Reference min/typ/max by 643294
What is the statistical spread of the 0.8V reference ? It is only quoted as a Nominal 0.8V on the datasheet.
And is the +/-2.5% of the FB comparator threshold in addition to the statistical spread above ?"

The +/- 2.5% accuracy of the FB comparator is basically the accuracy of the 0.8V internal reference. This is the accuracy over temperature, line, load, from part to part, and anything else that would affect the accuracy of the FB pin voltage. For the majority of cases, the accuracy will be well within the +/-2.5% limits as these are statistical boundaries of the variation--all parts will meet that spec when operated within the recommended operating conditions. This accuracy summed with the accuracy of the voltage divider that is required to set the output voltage is the total Vout accuracy.
