Hi,

I would like to ask a question with TSP65070.

In AN slva371b Sequencing with TPS65070, Fig.1, power OMAP L138 example, a transistor BC847 is used. However, a search in Diodes Inc. gives as many as 28 different sub-types of BC847.

Which one should I use for powering OMAP L138?

Zheng

The circuit is designed such that the operation does not depend on the DC current gain, or hFE classification, of the BC847 ('A', 'B' or 'C').

If you look at any of the BC847 datasheets, you will see that the other letters in the part number indicate device package and packaging for assembly.

    Daniel,

    Thanks for the answer.

Just want to confirm: would BC847B-7-F http://search.digikey.com/us/en/products/BC847B-7-F/BC847B-7-FDICT-ND/2181060 work?
