When I pull the EN Pin to disable the output, what happens to the Vo pin? Does it go to GND ( 0 volts ), float? If you need anymore information please let me know.
TPS65251 does not have an pin labeled Vo. When disabled both the high-side and low-side FETs are turned off and any energy residing in the switching node (LX1,LX2,LX3) or inductor should discharge to ground through the feedback resistor chain. This would leave the output side of your inductor at ground.
