    Hi Allen,

I am trying to understand your question a little better so we can help you.

LPDDR specs are not easily available online (atleast for Samsung I wasnt able to find lot of details). So, if you can tell us what you need we can probably help you.  You can asl your DM3730 contact if they have any reference.

from power point I know that you will need 1.2V to power this part and we probably satisfy this as well. It depends what power solution yo uare using with DM3730 part. Please let us know about the power solution and we will go from there.

    Regards,
    Gandhar
