TPS65217C DCDC & LDO default voltage setting change for others system usage

We plan to change DCDC1 power rail from 1.1V to 3.3V for external usage and delay this rail to

meet AM3352 power up sequence, are there possible risks for this configuration?

Is it possible to change rail voltage & power on sequence setting by I2C

access before TPS65217C start to supply to AM3352 each time?

How can we program the EEPROM if the sequence and rail setting is fixed?

Jiande,

While it is possible to modify the register settings of TPS65217 over I2C, the device will always start up into the default settings.

By default, TPS65217C will only supply RTC power (VDDS_RTC) to AM3352.

The point we concern is that whether or not there is a chance TPS65217C start to supply default power rail to

AM3352 after AM3352 modify register settings of TPS65217C over I2C.

For instances, default power rail is 3.3V and we configure it as 1.8V via I2C.

Once TPS65217C get power on signaling from PWR_EN pin send by AM3352, whether or not the rail will start to

supply 3.3V in the beginning,after a couple of time the rail go down to 1.8V due to the register value changed by

I2C.
