TPS65290EVM/ZB and LDO Problems

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65290

Hello,

i'm testing a little bit the TPS65290 PMIC. It is sourced with an input Vin 3,5V. I try to set the Vmicro to 1,5V (0x07 R2), it works, messaured 1,4V at Vmicro. But when i enable the LDO (0x02 R0), Vmicro rise up to 2,2 V (LDO is set to 2,845V default). Set the LDO to 2,534 (0x0F R4), Vmicro drops to 1,9V. Set the LDO below 2,019 (0x0A R4) Vmicro holds on 1,39-1,41V, the desired Voltage level. All outputs have a 10k resistor as load. PWR_MICRO_LDO is still 0.
This is not the expected functionality of the TPS65290. Can’t find any note at the datasheet, that the LDO affect the behavior of the Zero-Bias Block. Any idea?

Also i have problems to find all the registers for the controllable outputs. Maybe you can give me a hint? Is it right that:

PWR_BB1 = EN_PWR_BB2_BB
PWR_BB2= EN_PWR_SEL_BB

And on Page 29 Table 1 says REG6_Bit6 = VMAXx_DIS and REG6_BIT7 = VMAXx_EN but on Page 44 it is VMAX_DIS = Bit 7 and VMAX_EN = Bit 6, looks like the numbers are transposed.

EVM Setup: JP1,JP4,JP10, JP8A closed. JP11 CE on Vmicro, JP13 BB EN on GND, JP8 open.

Thanks for your help!
