We have an application apparently similar to the BeagleBone black revC, and we experience some weird problem related to power sequence.
Sometimes we observe LDO4 rising up prematurely. When this happens, we have noticed some strange shape on the rise of SYS5V, and coincidentally, at BAT pins, which are currently floating.
Our TPS configuration matches fig18 left on page 36 of SLVSB64F.
On the attached capture, cyan is sys5V, magenta is LDO4 and yellow is BAT.
