TP65252 can not ouput 2A,3A current !!

 I use the TP65252 for power supply,  like this

BLUK1  :  5V   ,  3A 

BLUK2:     3.3V   ,2A

but  when the 3.3V  load is up to 400mA ,the 3.3v  is drop  down  with 10ms.
