PMIC similar to TPS65290 but capable of operating at 1.0V

Hi,

     I found a device TPS65290 that has "10-mA, 100-nA IDDQ Deep Sleep Zero Leakage Current Bias Controller With PreSet Voltage" that can be used for the applications we are planning to use (Low Power Always-On Bias Supply for Microcontroller). However the min output voltage at which this device can be operated is 1.3V. Do you have some other part that can go down to 0.9V or 1.0V.
