TWL6030 and TWL6040 Thermal data

Dear Sirs,

In order to finalize my Flotherm Thermal simulation, I need just the Theta-jc and Theta-jb values for the devices in subject.

Could you kindly provide me these values?

From the datasheet for TWL6030 (SWCS045C p.92), Θjc = 12 °C/W and Θjb = 19 °C/W

From the datasheet for TWL6040 (SWCS050E p.18), Θjc = 8 °C/W and Θjb = 22 °C/W
