LM10502 EVM GUI won't connect

Hi,

I set up jumpers according to LM10502 EVM User's Guide, and connected USB cable to a PC. a "Yellow LED" turned on. I thought I am supposed to see a "Green LED" and a "Yellow LED". Aslo, when I started LM10502.exe, it showed "not connected". I thought once the jumpers are set up and USB is connected to PC, I am supposed to be able to use GUI to control PMIC operation. Am I missing anything?

Two possible cause, 1) I didn't find JP9, in Table 3 of the User's Guide, JP9 is supposed to "Connect LDO_VIN to VIN via JP6 and VCOMP" 2) Am I supposed to place a jumper on JP13? It came in with a jumper on it. The document didn't say how to set up JP13.

Please respond asap. Thanks for your help.
