I have a customer who is using the TPS659037 in their design and are requesting a schematic review, as they are experiencing some trouble getting the PMIC to sequence up. Please let me know if anyone on the team would be available to look over this schematic.

Did you attach the schematic? I do not see it in the thread as an attachment.
If they have already designed a PCB and are testing it, a description of the problem and scope shots would also be helpful.
