TPS65218: TPS65218 don't have any output with good input

Hello Team,

my customer used the TPS65218 as power for AM437X, the schematic as below, so far input is no problem and INT_OUT is normal, but other power rails are all fail. and no output except DC5/6 output wave as below, can you help to comment what is the possible root cause for this? thanks

What is the voltage on PWR_EN pin?

VIH = 1.3V on this pin, and your schematic shows it pulled up to 1.8V through a 100 or 100k resistor (cannot read).

Maybe the +1.8_VBAT rail is not actually 1.8V or something else is going on, but my guess is PWR_EN pin is low (<1.3V)

we have already tied the PWR_EN to the extra +3.3V , but the DCDC5 and DCDC6 are still the on-off wave like the picture .
From the TPS65218 datasheet , it seems the PWR_EN is not cared in the first 20s , DcDc5 and DCDC6 should be always on when the system power on .
