What is the basic hardware required to program TI PMIC TPS65218 standalone. Could you please describe the procedure

    Hi Sri,

    The TPS65218D0 volatile registers can be configured after start-up using a standard I2C connection, though there are some password protections (see section 5.5 Register Map in the datasheet if you would like more details on those). These values would need to be rewritten after each power up.

    The non-volatile EEPROM memory is programmed during factory production and cannot be reprogrammed at this time. New custom version of the TPS65218 EEPROM memory are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we recommend reaching out to your local TI sales office if the I2C configuration is not sufficient.
