This is K Harshavardhan.

We have ordered TPS65217CEVM and along with that we got a USB2ANY adopter.

Installed GUI ,USB2ANY adopter software which we got from TI website.

But we are not able to detect the hardware of USB2ANY in IPGUI.

How to get start with the EVM, please give us guidelines, and let us know if anything missing in USB2ANY interface like driver or something else.

Attaching few screenshots please find it.

What text is printed on the adapter box that you have?

Is it USB2ANY or is it USB-TO-GPIO?

The IPG-UI will only work with adapters clearly marked as USB2ANY. It also says HPA665 in small letters on the bottom right-hand side of the box.

If your TPS65217CEVM kit came with a USB-TO-GPIO adapter, you will need to use the older version of the software: www.ti.com/.../slvc402
This software has the same capabilities as the new software, they are just for different adapter boxes.

Hi Brian,

The text printed on the adapter is "USB INTERFACE ADAPTER".

Now trying with different I2C adapter.

Is their anything we are missing let us know.

Please find the image of adapter we got.

Thanks for the picture: this is the USB-to-GPIO adapter (internal project # HPA172).
