Dear All

Now I have question for TPS65950 ADCIN9  setting.

I think this ADCIN9 function enable for this resiter control only.

Resister  :  BB_CFG    [4] bit

Function  :  BBCHEN  ->  "1"

But I can not read BKBAT Voltage .

Quesiton

Q1 :   About ADCIN9 resiter setting ,  Is this only for enable fuction?

             Resister  :  BB_CFG    [4] bit

             Function  :  BBCHEN  ->  "1"

 Q2 : If Read BKBAT Voltage ,  Dose need other resiter or Bit  setting ??

Because of this phenoinon appear at MP stage.

Could you tell us Idea ?

Thanks and Regard

Jasper

    Jasper

    Only BBCHEN=1 is needed to connect the backup battery to MADC.

    After you have to configure the GPADC for a normal conversion

    • Before starting a GP conversion, the host processor powers on the MADC by writing 1 to the

    MADCON bit (CTRL1[0]).

    • The host processor selects the channels for conversion by writing 1 to the corresponding bits of the

    SW1SELECT_LSB and SW1SELECT_MSB registers.

     You can also check if the MADC clock hasn't been stopped, please check GPBR1 register configuration when you run the conversion

    regards
