we had designed our customer DM8168 + TPS659112 board. we followed the TPS659112 design guide by SWCU082, by

though the power output can been out put in sequence. but the power output seems always doing the power on
off ----------power on ---off in cycle. 
the blue is AVS power, yellow is reset output , violet is the RTC clock output.
2. Besides we removed the mos of AVS power rail ( DCDC_CTRL no output) , the other power outputs of
TPS659112 will been OK.
3. I had change the Rtrip to 10K from 39K , It seems no useful (improve OCP issue).
4, I had checked our PCB DCDC power loop was in the right way. also the power inductor's DCR was 8.2m ohm
the output capacitors's ESR was much better than the spec's required( 470uF POSCAP *2 9m ohm + 100uF*4 X5R ).
I had found the similar issue in last year, but it seems that it was not closed the issue. So any one can give me the
solution. we had used TPS659113+DM8148 was worked well, but TPS659112+ DM8168. it was failed in two
times. we confused our design (PCB, schematic....) in first version, but we had meet the same issue after we
double checked the design time by time............... so , many thanks for anybody can give the useful solutions!
