TPS65930 3.3v on AUXL and AUXR SoC crashes

We have a VAR-SOM-OM37 module ( http://www.variscite.com/products/system-on-module-som/cortex-a8/var-som-om37-cpu-ti-am3703-dm3730 ) which has a TPS65930A2 on it. A mistake in our mainboard design feeds up to 3.3v from a mic to AUXR and AUXL on the VAR-SOM-OM37. We would like to find a way to disable the input such that SoC doesn't reset when 3.3v is applied to AUXR and AUXL.

We don't need any input from AUXR or AUXL. This equipment has already been deployed so we are looking for a software fix. The issue has already been corrected on new boards going out.
