Questions for no RTC clock and no boost

I have two questions

1) Is the OSC32K is only for RTC not for system clock? In other hands, if we do not use RTC, no OSC32K input is needed. Am I correct?

2) If we do not need to use boost(VDD3), Can the VFB3 ramain floated?

    There is a 32kCLK out pin which delivers a 32k CLK can be used as a system ckl. also if there is no crystal connected PMIC uses internal clk to boot up.

    2, Please refer to the schematic checklist in ti.com/tps65910 that explains what to do when the pins are not used.
